The Gastée dolmen is one of the most beautiful and imposing dolmens in eastern Provence.
Designed to house a collective burial site dating from the late Neolithic period (2500 to 2000 BC), it comprises a square chamber lined with flagstones and low drystone walls, preceded by a paved corridor and enclosed in a round tumulus 16m in diameter.
