Le Grand Cros is the story of a couple, Hugh and Jane Faulkner, who fall in love with a vineyard. Le Grand Cros is located at the foot of the Massif des Maures, in central Var, in the heart of the AOC Côtes de Provence.

The 24 hectares of vines rub shoulders with pines, olive groves and restanques, at the heart of which stands an authentic Mas provençal. Canadian Hugh Faulkner has taken on the challenge of restoring old olive groves to enable us to produce our own olive oil. Jane is a professional artist and former advertising agency designer. She is responsible for creating our logo, labels and packaging. Julian, their eldest son, took over the running of the estate in 2000 after completing a Master's degree in wine estate management in Bordeaux. The team is completed by Stéphane, a professional who worked for several well-known estates in Provence before joining us in both the vineyard and the cellar; Maryline takes care of administration and logistics; Stéphane's right-hand man in the vineyard, Saïd, manages our teams of seasonal workers and assists Hugh in our olive grove, recently taken in hand. Finally, Irène promotes our wines all over France and Europe, and is always ready to listen to our customers.
